Accreditation will be issued to editors, reporters, photographers and camera operators of print and electronic media for freeon the basis of a completed Accreditation Form which is available on trans-misie.sk in the Media section. The accreditation process will be open from 12.8.2019 to 31.8.2019 (using the electronic form) and until Tuesday, 3 September during a press conference of the festival, where media representatives will be given entry tags. Information on the confirmation of accreditation will be sent by the organizer progressively. The work of media representatives during the festival is governed by the rulesand instructions established by the organizer, Košice State Theatre.
As part of the accreditation, media representatives will receive:
access free of charge to festival events –they should notify the organizers of their interest in festival tickets for each event during the accreditation process
the possibility of individual interviews with artists by agreement with the organizers of the festival
access free of charge to all areas in which festival eventsare to take place
The organizational staff of the festival decides about accreditation, and it reserves the right not to award accreditation. Accreditation is awarded to a specific name and it is not transferable (except for technical staff of RTVS).
As part of the accreditation process, media representatives are also given a basic Press Pack containing press releases and promotional materials for the festival. During the festival, they can obtain updated information in the Media section of trans-misie.sk or directly at the information office of the festival.
Under Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) known as the GDPR, by completing the application form media representatives give theorganizer consent to the processing of their personal data (scope: full name, email address, phone number). Košice State Theatre will treat their personal data in accordance with that Regulation will not provide it to any other recipient and will not transfer it to third countries.
Completion of the application form is deemed as agreement with the above rules.
