The vision: K13 –Košice Cultural Centres is to offer cultural infrastructure, such as the Barracks / Culture Park, Kunsthalle/Hall of Art,Amphitheatre, and the 8 SPOTS exchangers,for cultural operators, tour operators, companies, individuals, non-profits and the business sector so that this subsidized organization can create comprehensive technical and programme facilities, with the exception of funding. The intention is to continue the Interface 2013 project, withwhich Košice won the title of European Capital of Culture 2013.
